The story
Where Damel grew through merger and breadth, Vidal grew through scale and export. The XL line — oversized chewy bars in cola and strawberry-cream — is the most internationally recognised Vidal product, the kind of bar that turns up in candy stores from Murcia to Manchester to Manhattan.
