Quick answer

Not really. Swedish candy is still candy, made mostly of sugar, so it is not a health food. It does have some edges: more brands are vegan and gelatin free, some avoid certain artificial dyes, and the Saturday-candy culture encourages eating it in concentrated bursts rather than daily. But sugar is sugar.

Sugar is still sugar

Swedish gummies and chocolate are sugar-based treats, the same as American candy. Neither is healthy in any meaningful amount.

Where Swedish candy has an edge

More Swedish candy is vegan and gelatin free, and much of it is naturally gluten free. Some brands also lean on fewer artificial additives.

The portion culture

The Saturday-candy tradition frames candy as a weekly treat rather than a daily habit, which is arguably the healthiest thing about it.
