Because we import direct and ship from our Santa Fe Springs, California warehouse, domestic lead times are short and you are not waiting on a container to cross an ocean. Still, the earlier you order before a peak, the better your pick of stock, so the calendar matters.
Quarter by quarter: when to order what
Q1 (January to March): reset, Valentine's, and Easter prep
January is a reset month. Restock the year-round best sellers that carry your set between holidays, and use the quieter weeks to trial anything new before spring. Lead times and how to plan your orders
The core rule is simple: order one full quarter ahead of each peak. That means Easter stock in Q1, summer in Q2, Halloween in Q3, and Christmas in early Q4. Because we ship DDP from California with US labels and duties already paid, domestic delivery is quick and there is nothing for you to clear at customs, whether you are in the US or Canada.
A practical way to run it:
- Set a standing quarterly reorder. Rebuild your winners on the bulk order page at the start of each quarter so you never miss a window.
- Trial in the quiet months. Use January and post-Halloween lulls to test one or two new formats before you commit to seasonal volume.
