Matthijs Swedish Skulls cover the shape-driven foam-and-gum piece, and they are gelatin-free and flagged gluten-free, halal, vegan and vegetarian. We import Swedish lines plus European producers we buy direct from: Dutch makers Matthijs and Frisia, Italian Bulgari, Spanish Vidal, and German chews from Haribo. Franssons, Lonka, Grahns, Candy People, Mormor Lisas, and S-Märke round out the Swedish side.
We do not stock Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish brands, and nothing in our catalog is salmiak or salty licorice. If your merchandising plan requires a genuine Danish licorice or a Finnish salmiak SKU, source those from a Nordic specialty importer and use us for the rest of the wall. The one Danish-facing item we do carry is Matthijs Danish Skulls, a red and white flag-colored skull made in the Netherlands. It is gelatin-free and flagged gluten-free, halal, vegan and vegetarian, and it is a design tie-in rather than a Danish product. We label it that way on purpose.
Import and DDP mechanics

Shipping and lead time
We ship from our Santa Fe Springs, California warehouse to the US and Canada.
At checkout you choose UPS Ground, UPS Express, or UPS Ground Saver. For larger orders, pallet freight is available on orders over $2,000, agreed by email so we can quote the lane properly and pack to pallet rather than to parcel. Candy is bulky and light, so parcel costs climb fast once you are ordering multiple cases. If you are approaching that threshold, ask us about freight before you check out.
